One year photos {Winnipeg child photographer}

Here’s another family I’ve watched grow and change over the years from expecting their first son and sessions all the way up to the milestone of capturing their second son as he turns one.  These two little guys are so sweet — it’s always nice to see them.

Family photo session {Winnipeg family photographer}

I met up with this family for a session at the Ruins in St. Norbert last month.  It’s been so nice to be able to photograph their family as the kids grow and change.  Their daughter was right in to her session and pulling out the poses – their son – was your typical 2 year old boy – running and running and running.  :)

Family Session {Winnipeg Family Photographer}

Last month I met up with this family that just happens to not only be good friends but neighbours on my street.  It was so nice to have them ask me to capture their family photos this year.  I’ve watched these kids grow up along side my girls and I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone.  We met one gorgeous afternoon in the Exchange district and had a nice time walking around and taking photos.  Love how this session turned out.  I love the Exchange for families with older kids — there are so many great spots to use.

Family Session {Winnipeg family photographer}

Last year this family contacted me to do their photos but unfortunately I was completely booked up and couldn’t fit them in for a Fall session.  Luckily this year I still had a spot and we decided to meet at the Trappist Monastery Ruins in St. Norbert one evening.  They had never been there and we had a nice time exploring and checking out all the great photo op spots on the grounds.  I LOVE how their session turned out.

Family photo session {Winnipeg family photographer}

I have photographed this family a few times over the years and it was so nice to see them again for updated photos of the family and their son who turned one.  I had photographed him as a newborn and his big sister a couple of times.  We met at Crescent Drive park and braved the mosquitoes and played in the park on a beautiful Summer evening.

I met up with this family out in St. Norbert last week to do their family portraits.  This is the third year I’ve had the pleasure of photographing them and I always love seeing them and seeing how much the kids have grown and changed through the year.  It was the perfect evening for a photo shoot (minus all the mosquitoes of course).

This sweet little girl is about to turn one and Mom and Dad wanted to celebrate this big milestone with a photo session.  It was so nice to get to meet them all and have the opportunity to capture this special time in their lives.  Mom came armed with a suitcase of clothes for D and she was such a doll to photograph.  You can just tell that she is the apple of their eye.

Maternity photo session {Winnipeg Maternity photographer}

I met this family earlier this month for a maternity session.  She was referred to me from a previous client and it’s always so nice to get referrals from happy past clients.  Big sister Sophie is looking forward to meeting her new brother or sister and is going to be such a great help.  Can’t wait to meet their new bundle some time in May.
