Family Fun {Winnipeg Family Photographer}

I have had the pleasure of photographing this family a few times over the past couple of years and it was nice to see them again and see how much Claire has grown since I photographed her as a newborn.  Her big sister was a whirlwind of activity and not very interested in having her picture taken at the beginning.  She warmed up to the idea after a while and the girls kept the session active and exciting!  With two young children you never know what you are gonna get at a session but I love the images we captured.

Family Session in St. Norbert {Winnipeg family photographer}

So glad I had the opportunity to photograph this family.  They live on our street and lead a very active life with 3 boys playing hockey it is not easy to schedule a photo session.  We snuck this one in quickly before the season swung in to full gear and luckily the weather was great the morning of the session.  We decided on the ruins in St. Norbert and the boys loved it since they had never been out there.  I’ve never seen boys climb so high, so fast.  I had a few heart stopping moments but Mom and Dad took it all in stride saying this is what they’ve done since they could walk!  I think they enjoyed exploring and getting the chance to climb on everything that they could.  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek in to the session — I love how it turned out.

Family in the Ruins {Winnipeg Family Photographer}

Last weekend I met up with this family at the Ruins in St. Norbert.  It was a beautiful morning and we had a great time exploring all the amazing spots around this site.  The girls were very active and excited to have a lot of room to wander and climb.  The mosquitoes were swarming so we tried to stay in the areas with a little breeze so that we weren’t eaten alive.  The main objective was to get a nice family picture – I think we accomplished that :)  So many beautiful shots of these sweet little girls.

The Bell Family

I had a fantastic time the other night out at the Ruins in St. Norbert with this family.  I’ve known this family for quite some time now and I love that our daughters are friends.  I think a session is always a little more special when there is a personal connection and I was honoured when they booked me for a family photo session.  The girls had some great ideas that they came up with and I loved trying out some different things.  Hope you enjoy your sneak peek in to our session.

Evening in the Ruins {Winnipeg family photographer}

This was such a great session with this young family.  I enjoyed getting to know them all and spend some time with them in one of my favourite places.  Thank you for asking me to capture your family!

Family Session in the Ruins {Winnipeg family photographer}

I love meeting up with this family.  I met Kari a few years ago as I was starting my business and was in search of some props as she is the owner of Snugglywunkins right here in Winnipeg.    She makes beautiful hats, headbands, ties, etc… for children.  I was honoured that she asked me to take pictures of her family back then and this is the third year I have had the pleasure of photographing her family.  We decided to do this years session at the Ruins in St. Norbert.  We had a beautiful Fall evening, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  Their children are fantastic to work with and I left the session feeling very special after receiving so many hugs!
