8 days new {Winnipeg newborn photographer}

A couple of weeks ago I met this sweet little 8 day old, her big sister and her lovely parents.  She did such a great job posing so easily and letting us dress her up in cute hats and headbands.  Big Sister O even cooperated long enough to get a few pictures (which doesn’t always happen with 2 year olds :)  ).  It was a pleasure to document these early days for this family.  Little Miss A smiled a few times during the session and I managed to catch the tail end of one of them – oh the dimple that came with it melted my heart.  So cute

Sibling session {Winnipeg child photographer}

It was nice to see these two girls again after photographing their youngest as a newborn.  We did a 6 month milestone and added on a few Christmas themed images.  Little Miss M wasn’t in the best of moods so we rescheduled the first session and tried again a week later – those darn teeth can definitely cause discomfort for the little ones.  She was in a much better mood the second time around.

One year session {Winnipeg family photographer}

I’ve photographed this family a few times now and it was nice to see them for updated family photos and to capture their two boys at this stage in their life.  Mr H was not too impressed with his photos session and really made us work to get a smile – I still love the serious shots — fun to capture that side of them too.

This little guy is just about to turn one year of age and the family received a gift certificate to use towards a family photo session.  We met on a beautiful Fall afternoon at Assiniboine Park.  This little guy was pretty serious this particular day and really made us all work hard for those smiles :)

Family photo session {Winnipeg family photographer}

I met up with this family for a session at the Ruins in St. Norbert last month.  It’s been so nice to be able to photograph their family as the kids grow and change.  Their daughter was right in to her session and pulling out the poses – their son – was your typical 2 year old boy – running and running and running.  :)

I had the pleasure of photographing this couple as they were expecting this little man.  It was nice to see them again and meet the person behind that bump who is now 2 years old!

Family photo session {Winnipeg family photographer}

I met this family thanks to a referral from a family that I have photographed for many years.  It’s always nice to hear that someone has given my name to a friend and suggested they contact me for their photos.  I always appreciate that and consider it a great honour.  The evening was gorgeous and we met up at Assiniboine park to capture their little daughter who had just turned one year old.  It was lovely to meet them all and get the chance to know them a little bit.  I love the photos from this session and little Miss A was so cute and happy.

It was nice to get a message from this family wanting to book a family photo session.  I met them a couple of years ago when their second son was born and I did his newborn photos.  We decided to meet one morning at the English Garden at Assiniboine park.  It was  a gorgeous Fall morning and the colours in the garden did not disappoint.  The boys were you typical 2 and 4 year olds for the session so we managed to get a few posed shots in quickly and then just let them let loose and act silly and captured them doing what boys that age do best!
